This Return Policy explains how Yluzarinphep handles returns and refunds for Elunora and related items purchased through this website, in line with applicable EU and Danish consumer rules.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. Exceptions apply when packaging seals are broken on products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened, in accordance with applicable law.

Geographic scope
Returns are handled according to this policy for orders we accept for delivery to addresses in Denmark and other EU countries where we ship. Import rules, taxes, and local consumer law outside the EU may differ; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Refund timing
After we receive and accept a return, refunds are initiated without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw, unless we offer collection of the goods.
